Location and Timing If you are running late, the session may be shortened, and the full session fee will still apply. 4. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for being prepared for the shoot. This includes bringing necessary items, being on time, and communicating any specific preferences or concerns ahead of time. Clients are expected to behave respectfully during the photoshoot. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate cancellation of the session without a refund. 5. Use of Pets If the photoshoot involves pets, clients are responsible for their pets’ behavior during the session. Pets should be well-prepared (e.g., groomed, fed, and rested) for the shoot. We are not responsible for any harm or injuries to pets. 6. Copyright and Usage Rights Memoirs of Two Souls retains the copyright of all images taken during the photoshoot. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal use, such as printing and sharing on social media. By booking a photoshoot with Memoirs of Two Souls, clients grant us the right to use the images taken during the session for promotional purposes. 7. Professional Equipment Sessions are photographed using a Canon EOS R5 paired with portrait lenses, with the potential use of meta glasses and Canon EOS R50 as a complement. This professional-grade setup includes advanced animal eye-tracking to ensure sharp, crisp results. The initial photos you receive are unedited proofs; final edits will always be sharper, colour-balanced, and polished to our standard of quality. 8. Proofs vs. Final Edits Proofs are provided to show a variety of poses and expressions. These are not the finished product. Once editing is complete, you will receive a polished gallery. 9. Pet Cooperation We use methods to encourage pets to look at the camera, including toys, treats, calling their name, or involving the owner. Every pet reacts differently, some may feel more comfortable than others in new environments. While not every image will feature direct eye contact, we always capture head-on portraits that highlight your pet.
